Minimize your risks of introducing salmonella, E.coli, listeria, allergens, dust, dirt, and other contaminants into your production areas. Our washers rinse, clean and remove blood, fats powders, dyes, oils, grease and loose debris that can accumulate on pallets of all types.
Many Companies now are required to clean plastic pallets as part of a HACCP program or as a requirement when audited by customers, suppliers and organizations like AIB, USDA, FDA etc.
Introduced in 2004 the PW manual washer was designed to fill the need for low cost entry level system to rinse and wash pallets. This washer cabinet is perfect for low volume applications involving slightly soiled pallets. Compact in design, this manual washer can be easily stored in a utility closet after use.
The most recent addition is a return conveyor washing system. This innovative system was specifically designed for one-person operation, capable of washing and drying up to 200 pallets per hour. Unlike other systems this washer allows for the placement and removal of the pallets from the same end. High impact nozzles and a 25-gallon per minute pump provide enough cleaning powerto handle the toughest applications
WE understand the unique set of challenges when cleaning pallets. Stackable pallets, rotomolded pallets, twin sheet pallets all wash, clean and dry differently. Please share with us your requirements and we can recommend or custom design a system to meet your needs.
